- Invoice amount equals the amount paid. With ticket prices like €49.00, the automatic invoice could come out one cent above the amount paid (two tickets: €98.01 instead of €98.00). From four tickets on it was two cents higher and therefore stayed a draft. Ticket invoices now calculate with the ticket price as shown at checkout and match the amount paid exactly. The invoice therefore shows ticket prices as gross prices including VAT.
- Not even one cent of difference allowed. If a ticket invoice ever adds up to a different amount than was paid, it is not issued. It stays a draft in your finance documents, and owners and admins get a notice in the bell.
- Drafts that got stuck are corrected. Ticket invoices that stayed a draft because of this difference are corrected by Univents on the next run and then issued.
- Credit notes calculate like their invoice. A cancellation or partial credit note now always takes over the price display of its invoice, gross or net. Before, it followed the workspace setting: an invoice with gross prices in a workspace that works with net prices got a credit note that could be off by a few cents. This also applies to the credit notes Univents creates when you refund tickets.
