- Confirm in the AI assistant runs the action. For steps the assistant asks you to confirm first, such as booking a payment, sending a document or creating an email draft, clicking Confirm recently only showed a new confirmation card. The action now runs again, exactly as the card showed it, even if you switch to another page in between. Each confirmation counts only once and only for 30 minutes.
- The confirmation card shows in full what happens. Instead of an empty card you now see the facts: document, amount, recipient and the email address something goes to. Nothing is cut off: long texts scroll inside the card, every email address and link is listed at the top, and the text of an email template appears as readable text.
- The confirmation card for customer email drafts and crew messages opens again. Instead of an error page, the card appears normally and can be confirmed or cancelled.
- No more accidental confirmations. The card no longer jumps to Confirm on its own: if you keep typing in the input field, the space bar no longer triggers anything. While the assistant is still answering, the buttons are locked.
- No double run after a dropped connection. If the connection drops after you confirmed, the card shows “Status unclear” with a note to check the history, instead of offering Confirm again. That way a payment or a send is not triggered a second time by accident.

- More actions ask first. These steps now only run after you confirm on the card: setting a document to “sent”, “paid” or “cancelled” through the assistant, creating, changing or activating an automation, changing an email template, giving someone access to the app, creating or changing a discount code, sharing a document with customers or on the website, accepting or rejecting shift applications, reassigning shifts or copying a shift week, pausing or deleting event series, deleting several products at once, deleting a job and returning a ticket.
- Discount codes with all key facts on the card. Before a discount code is created or changed, you see the code, the discount, its validity, which booking pages and products it applies to and how often it can be redeemed.
