Availability check uses the real time, room time slots ignore open requests

Parallel events and rental items are now checked in your workspace time zone, including past midnight. Open requests no longer hold a room’s time slot.

Fixed

  • Room time slots stay free for new requests. This applies to time slots of a product linked to a room. If you sell a room through such a time slot, only accepted requests count against the capacity. An open request no longer holds the slot. Pages that accept automatically after payment still count every open request. Time slots not linked to a room, such as a cooking class or a tour, count all open requests as before.

  • Deleted and archived requests no longer take a place. Requests marked “date flexible” also no longer count against a time slot’s capacity. The slot picker, the pre-check and the back office now count the same inquiries.

  • Max. parallel events uses the real time. The booking page setting now checks in your workspace time zone and recognizes parties past midnight. Starting right after another event is fine, and the page’s buffer time applies. A request without a time is only rejected if the day has no free window of at least 4 hours left.

  • Ticket requests are no longer held back by this limit. Requests through a ticket sale page do not create a new event, so “Max. parallel events” does not apply to them.

  • Rental items with a stock limit check the period correctly. The check uses the real time in your workspace time zone and recognizes events past midnight. A request without a time reserves the whole day.

  • Requests with “date flexible” are no longer checked against a placeholder date. A guest without a fixed date is no longer turned away because today happens to be a blocked day, the room is taken or a rental item is out.
