A refused delete no longer changes anything. If someone on your team has app access, their contact cannot be deleted – that has always been the case. Until now, though, they had already been removed from their lists and departments and their tags were gone. Univents now checks the access first: if the delete is refused, everything stays as it was. You still see the hint on how to remove the access first.
Changing only the last name keeps the first name. If you changed only a person’s last name in the AI assistant or through the API, only the last name remained as the name – “Max Muster” became “Neu” instead of “Max Neu”. The other half of the name is now kept. Company names are not affected.
The page shows changes from the AI assistant right away. When the assistant deleted a contact, logged a call or changed a setting, the open page kept showing the old state until you reloaded it. It now refreshes on its own after every change.
