- Positions open by default in documents: Settings › Language & region has a new switch, “Open all positions expanded in quotes and documents by default”. When it is on, every position in the document editor (quote, invoice, delivery note) immediately shows its customer description and internal note. You can still collapse individual positions. The setting applies to you only, not your whole team. It is off by default, so nothing changes unless you turn it on.
