- Mark as sent. Many teams download their quote as a PDF and email it themselves. Until now it stayed a draft in Univents, so validity, reminders and automations never kicked in. Now you mark such a quote as sent with one click: in the quote’s Status actions or in the menu of the quote card under Documents. No email goes to the customer.
- Afterwards everything runs as for a sent quote. The quote is set to “Sent” with today’s date, its validity runs, automations such as “Quote sent” and “Quote expired” trigger, and any reminders you set up start. Reminders go to your team as a task, never by email to the customer. Automations run as when sending, including ones that send an email.
- In the AI chat too. Tell the assistant you sent a quote yourself, and it marks it as sent after you confirm.
