- Open inquiries no longer hold the room. Several inquiries can now be open for the same room at the same time. How many are allowed per day is governed solely by the “Concurrent inquiries allowed” setting of your booking page. Open inquiries do not occupy the room on the booking page, in the availability API or in the AI assistant. A room is occupied by your events, and only at the time they take place, including the buffer before and after. Exception: pages that accept an inquiry automatically on payment. There, an open inquiry still holds the room.
- The calendar only blocks days without a free time window. A day is only greyed out once no free window of at least 4 hours remains. A party that runs until 3am no longer blocks the following day.
- Parties past midnight are recognised correctly in the room check. An inquiry from 7pm to 3am now reliably overlaps with a firm booking in the same period, and the time is converted into your time zone correctly.
- Accepting only declines inquiries for the same room at the same time. When you accept an inquiry, inquiries for other rooms or other times stay open. Only inquiries that want the same room at the same time and for which the room is then full are declined. As before, no email is sent.
