Sent emails now also on the inquiry, the contact and the event

Automatic emails now appear where you look: on the inquiry, on the contact and on the event overview. And an automation no longer sends a second acknowledgement.

New

  • Automatic emails on the inquiry. Under “Sent emails” you now see, next to the emails you wrote yourself, the automatic emails to this inquiry’s customer, for example the acknowledgement, the quote that went out or the acceptance and rejection. A badge shows where the email came from: “Automatic” with the template name, or “Automation” with the name of your rule. The block is now also shown in the inbox view.
  • All emails to a contact in one place. The “Emails” tab of a contact now also lists every automatic email that went to one of their addresses, whether main, additional, billing or orders address. If the email belongs to an event, one click takes you there. This works without a connected mailbox, too.
  • “Recently sent” on the event overview. The last three emails to the customer appear right on the overview, with recipient, time and occasion. “Show all emails” opens the email channel under Messages.
  • Clearer badges in the email channel. Under Messages → Emails, automatic emails now show the template name, for example “Automatic: Quote sent”, instead of just “System email”.

Fixed

  • No more double acknowledgement. If your booking page already sent the acknowledgement to that address in the last 30 minutes, an automation no longer sends it again. All other emails, such as invoices or messages, go out as usual. The automation’s history says why the acknowledgement was skipped.
  • Emails from the automation “Acknowledge new enquiries” now appear on the event. Until now they did not show up anywhere in the app.
