The ticket email always goes out – and “Resend” also works after sending

Buyers now always receive their tickets by email. If a ticket email does not go out, the ticket list shows it and you can send it again – even one that was already sent.

Fixed

  • The ticket email can no longer be switched off. The “Tickets purchased” template in your email templates carries the tickets themselves – if it was switched off, buyers received no tickets after paying. Like the invoice and order confirmation, the template is now always active. You can still adjust its text.

  • “Sent” now really means sent. When a ticket email did not go out, the ticket list still said “Sent”. It now says “Delivery failed”, and you can trigger the email again with “Resend”.

  • “Resend” also works for an email that was already sent. If a buyer says their tickets never arrived or ended up in spam, you can send them again after a short confirmation – with the same QR codes. Until now the button only appeared when delivery had failed.

  • Automatically sent quotes and invoices tell you when the email does not go out. When a booking page creates and sends a quote or invoice automatically and the email cannot go out – for example because the “Quote sent” template is switched off or the contact has unsubscribed from document emails – owners and admins now get a notification with the reason. Until now the document simply sat there without anyone finding out.
