Ticket list shows purchase time, price and buyer phone

The ticket list of an event now shows when and at what price each ticket was bought, and you can call the buyer directly. The return dialog explains the booking fee more clearly.

New

  • Purchase time per ticket. The new “Purchased” column shows the date and time of payment in your workspace’s time zone. For a complimentary ticket it shows when you issued it.
  • Price paid per ticket. The “Price” column shows what was paid for this exact ticket, after any discount code. With several tickets in one order, each shows its share; a complimentary ticket shows no amount.
  • Buyer phone number. The phone number now appears below the email address, if available. Clicking it starts the call. The return dialog also shows the number below the recipient, so you can reach the guest before a return.
  • More columns in the CSV export. The exported ticket list now also contains purchase time, price and phone.
  • Clearer note on the booking fee. The return dialog now states plainly that the guest paid only the ticket price and gets it back in full. The booking fee was deducted from your payout when the ticket was sold and is not credited back on return.
  • More compact ticket list. So that all columns fit on smaller screens too, the button for manual check-in in each row is now simply called “Check in”.
