Plans and add-on modules
After this article you know which plans exist, what they are for, which add-on modules you can book from the Core plan, and where you book them.
Which plan you need depends on how you work: whether you only write quotes, manage events, or run several locations. Add-on modules are booked separately in every plan from Core upwards.
Which plans are there?
| Plan | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Quotes | Write and send quotes without managing the event in the system. |
| Core | Manage events, quotes, invoices and staff in one place. |
| Growth | Like Core, plus automations, DATEV/BMD export and the commercial extras. |
| Scale | Like Growth, plus administration for several locations with a shared overview, custom roles, audit log, approval workflows, API, MCP and webhooks. |
| Enterprise | Agreed individually — for groups and multi-location organisations with their own requirements. |

Which add-on modules are there?
| Module | Per month | Per year | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Till connection (APRO) | €79 per location | €790 per location | Confirmed events appear as a till account at the till; the bookings flow into till reconciliation. |
| Kitchen monitor | €79 | €790 | Shows production in real time and lets your team move items between open, in progress and done. |
| Event configurator | €99 | €990 | Guests put together their own menu — from products, options and surcharges. |
| Marketing & Newsletter | €49 | €490 | Newsletter campaigns with 10,000 emails per calendar month; beyond that, €5 per 1,000 emails started. |
Which plan do I need to book modules?
All four modules can be booked from the Core plan upwards. They are extra in every plan — Scale and Enterprise included. Anyone already using the kitchen monitor in Scale keeps it included.
How do I book an add-on module?
You book a module right where you need the feature: the kitchen monitor in Inventory, the till under Integrations, the event configurator under Booking pages, the newsletter under Marketing. The same works under Settings → Billing → Add-on modules.
The module sits on your existing subscription: it runs for the same term, monthly or yearly. We charge the amount up to the end of the current period pro rata and invoice it right away. The module is unlocked once the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
For the till you need an API key per location from APRO. After booking, the connection form opens right away. You book the till per location.
What does a module cost on a yearly subscription?
On a yearly subscription the yearly price applies: €790 for the till and the kitchen monitor, €990 for the event configurator and €490 for Marketing & Newsletter. That is ten monthly payments for twelve months. Your subscription sets the interval — if you pay yearly, you book your modules yearly.
How do I cancel an add-on module?
You cancel under Settings → Billing → Add-on modules via Cancel. A cancellation always takes effect at the end of the term: the module keeps running until the end of the paid period, the month or the year, and is not renewed afterwards. There is no credit, and you pay nothing extra until then. Until that date you undo the cancellation with Keep using it — without a new charge.
Can I book a module during the trial?
No. A module needs a subscription: choose a plan from Core upwards first, then you can book. Without a plan the buy button stays hidden. You can still try the features during the trial — except the till.
I have several locations
Every location is its own workspace and books the till separately. An APRO location cannot be connected in two workspaces; a new key in the same workspace replaces the existing connection. More locations therefore mean more till modules — the other modules are billed once per workspace.
